The deadline
The 48-hour clock starts when we have all three: your footage, the final master, and the payment. Founding orders are delivered in the order they were paid, from 24 Oct 2026; their clock starts on that day or when the three arrive, whichever is later.
When you get your money back
- We miss the deadline: full refund of what you paid for that order, deposit included. You keep anything we deliver late.
- We can't take the order (rights problem, unusable footage, we're full): full refund.
- Otherwise the deposit is credited against your order and isn't refunded. Taste changes are free, so ask before you give up on an edit.
How refunds are paid
UPI payments go back by UPI to the account that paid; Gumroad payments are refunded through Gumroad. We send them within 3 working days of the missed deadline.
