Terms
Last updated 21 October 2026.
These terms cover every SlayCut order, free or paid. By sending footage or paying, you agree to them.
What we make
- A free chorus edit is about 20 seconds; a snippet is a 9:16 video of 60–90 seconds; a full video is 16:9. Each comes with a silent copy for posting with the platform sound.
- Every frame is your footage, cut and processed by code. Generative models only make background plates (empty rooms, skies), never people, and never repaint you.
- Every video stays under 2 flashes per second.
Your rights and promises
- You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the song and every clip you send, and that everyone who appears in the footage agreed to be in it.
- You own the finished video. We may show it (for example on our page or in a process reel) only with your written OK.
- A small SlayCut mark sits in one corner of each video. Ask and we remove it, free.
Delivery and changes
- We deliver within 48 hours of having your footage, the final master and the payment. Founding orders are delivered in the order they were paid.
- We promise the deliverable, not views or reach.
- Each order includes one revision round: send your notes ("move that flash", "less glitch in the verse") together. A different song or new footage is a new order.
Payment
- Payments in India are by UPI to our UPI ID; outside India through Gumroad. Send the UTR / reference with your order so we can match it.
- The free preview is one per artist. You pay for an order after your preview and before the full render: the Founding Release Pack (1 hero snippet 60–90 s, 3 teasers 7–15 s in different looks, silent copies and a posting guide) is ₹999 ($15) for the first 20 orders, ₹1,499 ($25) after; a full 16:9 video is ₹2,999, on request.
- Refunds follow the refund policy.
Limits
We can refuse footage that is illegal, hateful, or that you don't have the rights to, and we refund any payment for it. Our liability is limited to what you paid for the order.
